MUAY THAI
Experience why Thailand’s National sport is proven to be the most Devastating striking Martial Art in the world. The use of your hands, feet, elbows and knees offers its practitioners the use of six more weapons than traditional boxing. It is known worldwide for its ability to build power and stamina and hand/eye coordination.

Muay Thai offers far more then a complete fighting system. It has an enormous amount of culture, traditions, secrets and myths lost in time. We believe to truly teach Muay Thai you must embrace the culture and live it. Experience Muay Thai from qualified instructor who lived and competed in Thailand.

 

WOMENS KICKBOXING
Our women’s only kickboxing classes at Elite Training Center will not only kick some serious butt but also get you in the shape of your life in a non competitive team orientated environment. Our kickboxing classes are a fantastic way to toning muscle and burning fat especially in the arms, legs and abdominals.

Our classes will give you a new outlook on fitness that will get you into a new fun routine or break you out of your old boring workouts. The instructors at Elite Training Center will be here every step of the way as you transform your body and reach your fitness goals the program will teach you to fun technique while you push yourself harder than you ever had in your life. Our workouts consists of group circuits, pad work, skipping, full body toning and ab work. Classes range from all different skill levels from beginner to more advanced so don’t be shy come join us we have everything you need to get in the best shape of your life all you have to do is show up!

 

 

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is great for self defence, fitness, personal development or to use in competition, it is an art where you apply the principles of leverage, control and submissions to finish your opponent. Brazilian jiu jitsu is constantly evolving and people are constantly bringing new technique to the table on an ongoing basis. In the program we will develop your skills and teach you basic techniques and watch you progress as you being to learn more advanced techniques later on down the road. Our grappling classes will involves learning muscle memory drills, submissions, escapes, sweeps, reversals, strategies and also live grappling that will take your ground game to a whole new level.

BOXING&WRESTLING FOR MMA
This class will cover the basic fundamentals of boxing. This class will not only teach you the sweet science of boxing it will cover the mechanics of how to throw punches, footwork, distance and will teach you how to use the equipment around the gym. Boxing is great for building endurance, increasing your speed and strength and also building excellent coordination all while burning a calorie or tow. At Elite Training Center we will help you develop the techniques needed to become a proficient boxer in mixed martial arts with heavy bag work, mitt work, shadow boxing and boxing related drills. The primary focus of the Wrestling for MMA class is to learn wrestling takedowns and takedown defence from all different positions like the striking range, inside the clinch and against the cage. You will learn to set your takedowns up using high percentage techniques and also learn to use your strikes as a set up.

MMA
Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of striking (Muay Thai and boxing) and grappling (wrestling and BJJ). Time to mix it up! This program is all about transitioning and being efficient when you mix all fighting systems. Impose your game on your opponent and learn the different set ups, submissions, takedowns and combinations that makes mixed martial arts one of the most exciting sport on the planet.
